|  Jen Wickett, is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated with a certificate in Massage Therapy from McIntosh College in Dover, New Hampshire in 2004. She has since been practicing at A Lebro Center for Well Being in Kittery, Maine. Jen is trained in various modalities of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, including deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, swedish and hot stone therapy. Within a massage session, Jen, uniquely incorporates a variety of bodywork techniques. Each session is designed to help reach the goals specified by her clients. Jen's goal as a Massage Therapist is to help guide your body to optimal wellness and function, thus improving the quality of life for her clients and enhancing an overall sense of well-being.
